Placing your order by the above dates means we can dispatch your order by the delivery cut off date for your country as recommended by Royal Mail. Whilst these dates give your order the best chance of arriving for Christmas, please note Christmas delivery is not guaranteed (except for Special Delivery).

We will continue to dispatch orders as normal if placed after these cut off dates until the studio closes for Christmas on 23 Dec.

How does my piece come packaged?

Each Loubijoux piece comes presented in one of our branded cotton drawstring pouches - perfect to store your piece in! Jewellery orders are sent within a shallow recyclable box which slips right through most letterboxes making most deliveries contactless. Orders which contain a hair claw may be sent in a slightly deeper box.

Can I send a gift directly to my recipient?

Absolutely. We can include a printed gift note free of charge, simply leave your message at checkout. We don't include invoices so be sure to let your recipient know who their gift is from!


How long will it take to prepare my order?

Orders are ready for despatch within 3 working days. Please note some items are made to order. You will receive notification once your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to non-EU countries via Royal Mail and the below methods.

Please note shipping to EU countries is temporarily suspended whilst we navigate new tax rules. EU customers can continue to shop with us via our Etsy shop where Etsy automatically collect tax at checkout.

Please bear in mind these timeframes are provided as a guideline only, delivery can often take longer depending on customs and service in your country. We allow up to 5 weeks for delivery.

Please note any taxes, duties and handling fees levied upon entry into your country are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your country's customs authoritities for further information.


How do I return an order?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original unworn condition with packaging at the buyer's expense. It is your responsibility until it reaches us and for this reason we strongly recommended gaining proof of posting. We are unable to take responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit. We regret we are unable to refund original postage and packaging fee (if applicable) unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Every effort is made to accurately portray our products but please note colours may vary slightly dependant on screen settings and items are not shown actual size. Please read and consider measurements carefully before making your purchase.

What is vintage?

We generally regard anything pre 1990s as vintage. Vintage components are commonly used throughout our designs and may occasionally show signs of aging - light tarnishing, age spots or scuffing - though wherever possible we will always try to avoid this or buff this out. Our vintage components are previously unused old factory stock.

Do you do custom orders?

We don't accept custom orders but we can alter existing designs to your specific requirements e.g. change the length or colour of a chain, convert an earring into a necklace etc. Contact us to discuss your ideas and we'll see what we can do!
